若BIOS设定开启了SMT功能，Microsoft Windows Server将无法顺利开机，且在进入OS时，会停留在Microsoft Logo画面。
Windows Server 2019
步骤一：
使用者需重新启动进入到BIOS设定画面并关闭SMT功能。
AMD CBS-> CPU Common Options-> Performance-> CCD/Core/Thread Enablement ->Accept-> SMT control->Disabled
步骤二:
进入到Microsoft Windows Server 2019后，请先安装Microsoft Hotfix KB4512534 for AMD EPYC X2APIC Patch。
步骤三:
Microsoft Hotfix KB4512534更新后，请重新启动进到BIOS设定画面并开启SMT功能，SMT功能将能正常运作。
AMD CBS-> CPU Common Options-> Performance-> CCD/Core/Thread Enablement ->Accept-> SMT control-> Auto
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2016支持AMD EPYC 7xx2系列CPU，但此操作系统限制为不超过255个逻辑处理器。
Windows Server 2016不支持X2APIC模式，用户于BIOS需关闭此模式。
AMD CBS-> CPU Common Options-> Performance-> CCD/Core/Thread Enablement ->Accept-> SMT control->Disabled
